Virender Singh Kadian was born on 4 February 1975 in Dubaldhan (Bidhian) village, Jhajjar, Haryana, in a middle-class family with an Army background. He completed his education at Army School Bagdogra, Vaish Public School and St. Thomas School, Rohtak. He later pursued higher education in Public Administration and Law, including LL.B., LL.M. and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Drafting.
A former Sergeant in the Indian Air Force, Virender Singh Kadian has dedicated much of his life to public service, social work and the welfare of ex-servicemen and their families. He has worked on issues related to pensions, pay anomalies and other concerns of serving and retired defence personnel and their widows, helping thousands of families get relief.
